OrthoGreen Mobility undertakes to handle customer requests and complaints as quickly as possible in order to find an amicable solution.

If no agreement can be reached, the customer may also contact the competent services for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, in particular the Consumer Mediation Service.

The former European online dispute resolution platform, known as ODR, has no longer been available since 20 July 2025, following European Regulation 2024/3228. Consumers can now consult the European Consumer Redress in the EU portal https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/ , which lists the dispute resolution bodies available in the Member States.

All disputes are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, only the competent Belgian courts may be seized.
